We are Prairie Fire Alpacas, located 45 mins west of Saskatoon. We currently raise 35 alpacas here on our farm!! We shear them once/year and have various items made from our alpaca fibre. We have a "Little Country Alpaca Gift Shop" on our farm!!

Description

We have many hand made items made from our fibre such as:
~ beautiful hand knit shawls 100% alpaca
~ hand knit scarves, toques, barrets, thrum mitts and regular mitts.

My knitters are all located near Saskatoon. We also have the most popular - Alpaca socks!! Most of my socks are from my own fibre and are done at a mill in Alberta & Ontario.

We also have Alpaca rovings and these are processed in Saskatoon!! Talk about local!!

We have various yarns also, hand made teddy bears, etc.

Alpaca fibre is warmer than wool, hypoallergenic and wicks the moisture away!! Come and see our alpacas and products!
